Bert and company.
With a name like Bert Wood, you might expect that building was in his blood. And it's true. From carving wood
sculptures and fixing things around his family farm in Wyoming to building his own dream home, from hand crafted benches to custom built barns and arena complexes, Bert has grown a business doing what he loves most, creating
spaces that meet the needs and vision of his clients.
Today, Bert is a licensed, insured contractor in Montana and California. Bert and his team of skilled tradesmen offer
a full suite of residential and commercial services, from design, planning and procurement to permitting, construction,
and inspection management, from ground-up new builds to partial and complete renovations and restorations, if you
can dream it Bert can build it!
Bert, his wife Kris, their pack of rescue pups, and horses split their time and run Builds by Bert between their
ranches in California and Montana.
